Obituary for Loretta Louise Carpenter

Memorial service for Loretta L. Carpenter, 75, Port Orange, who passed away Thursday will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm at Dale Woodward Funeral Home 167 Ridgewood Ave Holly Hill with Chaplain Tim Hildreth officiating. Friends wishing to call any pay their respects may do so Wednesday from 4:00 pm until service time. Loretta was born on August 1, 1942 in Clarksville, West Virginia and moved to this area in 1976 from Ohio. She worked as a retail manager for WalMart in Daytona Beach for 13 years. Loretta was of the Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also loved playing bingo, putting together puzzles, and was a huge baseball and country music fan. Loretta leaves behind two sons, Arden L. Gregory and Eric Gregory (Lori); a brother, Arnold McCauley (Kathy); a sister, Debbie McCauley Edgerton; and many other loving family members. Loretta's family would like to thank the loving and caring staff of The Gardens Health and Rehab center where she had resided the last 15 years.
