A memorial mass for Salem “Sam” Ferris, 81, of Daytona Beach, who went to be with Our Lord on Nov. 6, 2018, will be celebrated Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018 11:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Father Phil Egitto as celebrant. A New York native Sam moved to this area 18 years ago. Survivors include his beloved wife of 43 years, JoAnn; 2 sons, Jason and Aaron; and a cherished granddaughter, Abigail.
