Condolence: I am so sorry for Patti's passing. When I had received the letter I had first thought it was a message from Patti and then upon opening, I was so sad. Patti was so upbeat and great to talk to (on the phone). I was unaware of her illness since she never complained and I guess she wanted to spare me from worry. I had met Patti and Bob when they picked me up at the airport when I had arrived to visit my father in the hospital. My Dad soon passed and Patti and Bob sweetened a bitter time. Condolence: My sympathy to Patti's children and family. She was a beautiful lady and dedicated nurse who I had the honor of working with many years ago at St. Thersa's Nursing home in Middletown NY. I was a young kid then, and Patti mentored me not only at work but she became a treasured friend who guided me with her wisdom, love, and laughter. I have often thought of her through the years and now hope through this last journey she has peace and joy through her astounding faith.
