Alice “June” Mixon, age 88, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017. She was born March 29, 1929 in Jacksonville, FL. June was preceded in death by her husband Jack Mixon, son Chuck Mixon, sisters Irene Taylor Statler, Jane Taylor Lloyd and brothers Marcus Taylor and Ralph Taylor. June is survived by her daughter, Shirley Mixon, son, Terry Mixon (Linda), sisters, Shirley Taylor Coppula and Betty Taylor Prikryl, brothers, Charlie Taylor, Robert Taylor, Sherman Taylor, and David Taylor. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church Daytona Beach, 118 N Palmetto Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, with Pastor Paul Dillow officiating.
